Equipped with extra-wide European convection ovens, these cooking machines provide even heat distribution and balanced airflow for single and multi-level roasting and baking, without any flavor crossover. You can choose between gas or electric ovens, with the electric option boasting nine cooking modes and a self-clean cycle. Plus, the ovens have extra-wide broilers, soft-motion door hinges, and quadruple-glass windows that minimize heat loss.

Bertazzoni Master Series ranges also feature precision-molded stainless steel worktops with differently sized gas burners, including the signature dual-ring power burner with independent flame control. For maximum safety, each burner is equipped with a thermocouple gas shut-off safety system.
